As Senior Vice President of Product at Absorb Software, Craig Basford works at the intersection of strategy, engineering and design, taking great ideas and turning them into products that solve client challenges.

He embraces the constant pace of change that is the modern technology sector, always building for what's to come, while staying grounded "in the now" through strong client input and collaboration. A charismatic technical thinker, Craig has been an influential force powering Absorb's growth.

PAUL MATTHEWS

Paul Matthews has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro twice, and crossed the Sahara three times and the Himalayas eight times. In his spare time, he's written three acclaimed books on L&D and founded a specialist learning software company. He's also a leading expert on L&D - with knowledge and skills that he's shared around the globe in his quest to help companies create better lives.

Paul prides himself on reducing L&D theory down to simple ideas and sharing them in ways everyone can understand, and more importantly, use to get better results.

Gabe Zichermann is an entrepreneur, author, public speaker, mentor and teacher. His three books and dozens of workshops on Gamification and Behavioral Design have set the standers in teaching how to build engagement across many industries ad countries. Gabe has co-founded six high-tech companies, always at the forefront of emerging technologies like gaming, artificial intelligence, machine learning and their interface to human behavior.

His latest project, Failosophy, looks closely at why people, companies and industries fail, and the lessons from those who have positively leveraged their mistakes to foster an authentic culture of learning.
